e’s BAR

511 Amsterdam Ave, New York, NY 10024

Great Date Spot

This vibrant bar on the Upper West Side is a great place to bring a date. What better way to break the ice with a new date than enjoying delicious drinks and playful competition? The options are plentiful as the walls are literally lined with every board game you can think of. Tired of getting your butt kicked in board games? Then head to the back room where they have two dart boards to (hopefully) regain your pride. All that Battleship got you feeling hungry? Their menu is full of delicious upscale bar food options. The mac and cheese balls are my favorite!

At The Wallace

3612 Broadway, New York, NY10031

Best Place to Keep it Cheap

This Hamilton Heights establishment is everything you want from a dive bar, and then some. With games like Giant Jenga & Connect Four, shuffleboard, classic Pac-Man, various pinball machines, Buck Hunter and more, you’re sure to have a great time here. As if that’s not amazing enough, the drinks are ridiculously cheap all the time. With cocktails under $10, beer and shot combos for $6 and all draft beers $5 or less served in a frosty mug per request.

They do have food which is also cheap, such as many variations of grilled cheese, hot dogs, tomato soup, fried Oreos and other bar food options. With that said, I would recommend starting with dinner next door at Harlem Public, their food is amazing, then come next door to At The Wallace for a fun night of games partnered with cheap drinks everyone will love.

Happy Hour - All the time! Those prices are unbeatable!

West End Hall

2756 Broadway, New York, NY 10025

Best Outdoor Games

Looking for a spot with expansive beer & game options under one roof? Then look no further! The best part about this place is the beer garden out back with plenty of seating room to gather with friends and watch the game, or play some of your own. Along with plenty of board games, the beer garden also offers foosball, giant Jenga, giant Connect Four and shuffleboard.

The food options are also amazing, offering upscale bar food and brunch that will make your mouth water just looking at it.

The Parlour Bar & Restaurant

Pool Table for Casual Players & Entertaining Weekly Events

Come on in to this traditional Irish pub for great service in a friendly atmosphere. The newly updated back room is home to a nicely kept pool table where you’ll rarely find a line too long or any pool sharks hogging the table. They also have a machine where you can try your hand at card games and win real money. If this isn’t enough then come in on Sunday night for karaoke night which is always entertaining whether you join in or not!

Mess Hall

2194 Frederick Douglass Blvd, New York, NY 10026

Darts, Dogs & Drinks

This cozy Harlem bar is sure to make for a good night no matter who you’re with. Friendly people always fill this bar with laughter and fun. Come in on a Tuesday for trivia or Wednesday for bingo where you can win great prizes. There is also a nicely maintained dart board in the back where you can enjoy a game with friends new and old.

Do not miss out on their DELICIOUS hot dogs covered with ingredients like you’ve never seen before and complimentary cheese balls if you’re feeling peckish. The adult happy meal is the best deal going with a hot dog, shot & beer for only $10! Feeling a bit more classy? Enjoy one of the many choices of bourbons, whiskeys or delicious cocktails!
