With the weather warming up and summer underway, weekend’s are a great time for families and individuals alike to take in all Lenox Ave has to offer.




Lenox Avenue between 117th and 130th offers a plethora of specialty shops, farmers markets, restaurants and larger grocery store options that cover a wide range of cozy comforts and edible necessities for the everyday Manhattanite.




logo2On Lenox Ave between 117th and 118th: you’ll find the Harvest Home Lenox Avenue Farmers Market where ‘farmers and vendors from other states and upstate New York offer selections of natural raised meats, vegetables, baked goods and a variety of nuts, seeds and dried fruits.’ This open-air market runs Saturdays, June 28th-Nov 22nd, 8AM - 4PM




Between 119th & 120th: you’ll find Il Caffe Latte, which specializes in the Italian influenced dishes and desserts.




At 122nd: you’ll find Boulevard Bistro, which offers French-American bistro style dishes in a rustic-chic designed townhouse.




At 124th: you’ll find Harlem Shake, the self-proclaimed “Chill burger joint with an old-school vibe”.




Between 125th and 126th: you’ll find Red Rooster Harlem, owned by famed Chef Marcus Samuelsson, which specializes in Southern-accented American comfort food.




Between 125th and 126th: Coming soon- in 2015- you’ll find a long awaited Whole Foods Market.




Between 126th and 127th: you’ll find Harlem’s staple soul food eatery, Sylvia’s Restaurantlogo




On 129th & Lenox: you’ll find Lenox Coffee, co-owned by fellow Bohemia agent Aaron Baird and myself.




And between 129th and 130th: you’ll find Carvin’s Mini Donuts, which specializes in, you guessed it, mini donuts!
