Top 10 Places to Eat and Drink in Brooklyn

1) Belli Osteria

A low key Italian hole in the wall that makes their own pasta and breads every morning for the day. The food is fresh and the sangrias will wash away all pains of moving.

2) Porto Viejo

Once a lunch stand for the local construction workers in the area, this now Dominican restaurant houses some of the best cuisines from the island. You will surely be relaxed in the sultry ambiance and sweetness of the staff.

This cool modern “lunch table” eatery borrows the ideas of Smorgasburg and brings it indoors at a smaller scale. With choices from lumpia to amazing barbeques and much more. You will definitely enjoy yourself. Kick back, eat and bust out a board game supplied by the establishment and have fun!

4) Manhattanville Coffee

Okay, so you moved in the morning? Well, stop by this large and comfy coffee shop for a tea refreshment and a muffin that you will definitely dive into.

5) Bearded Lady

If you’re like me, you enjoy a good liquid meal =) Well, this 50’s inspired bar will not disappoint! The cocktails here are barebone the best! If you absolutely need to have solids…their hotdogs are the ticket!!!

6) Ample Hill Creamery

You need more of a creamery to soothe the aches of lifting all that furniture? You MUST hit up Ample Hill! Don’t be in a rush as this place typically has a line…BUT IT’S WORTH IT!!! If you have calories to spare try their Ooey Gooey!

This is such a cool place with probably some of the best pizza (not like the staple $1 slices...but still just as good). The drinks are not to scoff at either. Craft cocktails with creativity make it a great place to quench your thirst!
