I AM NOT GOING TO GO INTO DETAILS HOW PIZZA IS MADE. However, WE MIGHT NOT ALL KNOW ABOUT ITS' ORIGINS, OTHER THAN IT IS ITALIAN. SO…

The term first appeared in 997 AD in a Latin text from the Southern Italian town of Gaeta. Modern pizza evolved from similar flatbread dishes in Naples, Italy in the early 1800´s. The first pizzeria in The United States was Lombardi´s, located on 32 Spring St. NYC in 1905 and since then NYC has been known as the countries or even worlds, Pizza City. Giovanni´s Pizza, which is located on W 110th and Columbus is my favorite so far, even though it is boarder line UWS. If you are thinking of getting pizza in Harlem, I recommend these places:

- Patsy´s Pizzeria 2287 1st Avenue

- Custom Fuel Pizza 2288 Frederick Douglass Blvd.

- Pizza Stop 531 Malcolm X Blvd.

- Bad Horse Pizza 2224 Frederick Douglass Blvd.
